Adults are disappearing due to the “Great Mists,” an extraordinary meteorological phenomenon. Among those who remain, Sophie (42), a scientist, is trying to unravel the mystery from the Cosmics high-altitude refuge, while her son, Eli (10), waits for her at their alpine chalet. But Sophie doesn’t return, and Eli decides to go looking for her. He begins the forbidden climb when, along the way, he finds a baby—a baby all alone. Another adventure begins for Eli… or are the two connected?
